Have these programs actually paid you? Im on a couple of them but so far the only one Ive been paid by is Clixsense... Ive heard some rumors about bux.to not paying out, which will really piss me off cause I purchased 2 packages of 15 referrals... I requested pay out at 10.03 but they say they take 30 days to pay... its only been like 2 weeks since I requested...

Yes, bux.to pays, they just take a long time to pay out... I haven't requested payout yet but know several people personally who have been paid (some more than once). They average 30 - 60 days to get the payment.
